All Real K9 Peptides products are research-grade peptides sold for laboratory Research Use Only. Due to the sensitive nature of these materials (sterility, storage integrity, batch attribution), we operate the following return and refund policy.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If your order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or with the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the affected vials and outer packaging. Replacement or refund will be issued after our team verifies the issue.

Non-returnable

Once a sealed vial is opened, reconstituted, or removed from its original packaging for more than a brief receiving inspection, it cannot be returned. Standard research-supply practice.
